Additional Services
Thermal Camera Scan – $450
Thermal Scans can help identify areas of leakage and/or water damage caused by plumbing, roof, and basement water intrusion. Thermal scans can also help find insulation deficiencies or voids in walls and attic areas.
Air Quality Testing for Mold and other Allergens – $600
3 test samples ($150 for each additional). Service includes lab results report.
Air sampling for asbestos – $450 per test
Includes lab results report.
Asbestos bulk sampling – $200 x 3 samples
3 samples per area (vermiculite insulation / ceiling tile / popcorn ceiling / floor tiles / pipe wrap / siding, heating register wraps, etc.)
Drone roof inspections – $200 and up
